Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- Company: PARVOGUE itself, with its address and VAT.
- Customer: The wholesale buyer placing an order with PARVOGUE.
- Order: A formal request by the customer to purchase products.
- Products: The fashion items PARVOGUE sells to wholesalers.
- Website: PARVOGUE's online store for wholesale orders.
- RRP: Recommended Retail Price, the suggested price for selling the products to end consumers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an Order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
- The Customer may place Orders through the Website or by other means as specified by the Company.
- All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order for any reason.
- Order acceptance will be confirmed by the Company via email or other appropriate means.
4. Minimum Order Quantity
- There is no minimum order quantity. Feel free to order as it fits your business.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for Products are based on a discount of the RRP. The specific discount will be determined by the Company based on various factors, including the size and frequency of Orders.
- Payment for Orders must be made in your local currency using available payment methods.
- For first-time Orders, payment must be made upfront.
- The Company offers net 15, net 30, and net 45 payment terms for repeat Customers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the Customer prior to Order fulfillment.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver Orders within the specified timeframe. However, the Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.
7. Returns
- We offer a 7-day return policy for defects and wrongly shipped products to our wholesale buyers, counting from the day the parcel is received.
- For defects and wrongly shipped items, the buyer must contact PARVOGUE within 7 days by emailing support@parvogue.com. Emails should include the order number and photographic evidence. In these cases, PARVOGUE will provide a return label to ship the defective/wrong item back to us free of charge. We will process your return and issue a credit refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note: Restocking fees may apply for returns outside of defects and wrongly shipped items.
- The Company's inventory is updated in real-time synchronization to minimize the risk of selling out-of-stock goods.
- If an Order is placed for a product that is out of stock, the Company will offer a similar model as an exchange or a full refund.
- The Company may also offer a discount for the Customer's next purchase.
9. Warranty
- The Company warrants that all Products sold are 100% authentic.
10. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Products and Website belong to the Company or its licensors.
11. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Customer's use of the Website or Products.
- The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting on the Website.
