Are the products in PARVOGUE catalog original?

At our establishment, we take pride in offering exclusively authentic merchandise. The vast majority of our overstock is purcashed by our partner suppliers straight from the brands, licensees, or certified distributors. We take personal responsibility in confirming the authenticity of our products to ensure that each item is delivered new with its original branding tag.

Why do you offer limited quantities on some items?

Our limited-edition collection features past-season gems and overstock finds you won't find anywhere else. These deals are disappearing fast, so shop now before it's too late!

How often do you receive new arrivals?

Each week, we update our inventory with approximately 300-400 new products that become available on our website. We are actively forging partnerships with leading brands to expand our offerings.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We appreciate your interest in our services. However, we currently do not offer the option to pay cash on delivery. Our payment methods are designed to ensure the security and convenience of your transactions. Ordering and Shipping

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 1-3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer worldwide delivery, and we entrust our shipments to accredited couriers such as GLS or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.

How will my order be packaged?

We take care to package orders so they arrive safely, without breakage or spillage.Your order will arrive in materials made from recycled content.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, PARVOGUE ensures that all your purchases are delivered to your doorstep free of charge. Our commitment is to provide you with an unparalleled shopping experience, which includes complimentary delivery services for every order you place with us.

How can I track my order?

You vill get an email with tracking information as soon your order is picked up by our couriers.

Do you offer local pickup?

Policies

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For more information please read the return policy here.

How should I prepare the package with my return?

Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

What is Available Credit and how it works

The total of your credit issued as a result of return requests or rewards will be added up and you can use this credit to pay for new orders you place with PARVOGUE.

PARVOGUE reserves the right not to refund in the following cases:

-Product not intact or with original packaging missing or damaged (e.g. shoe box, dust bag, etc.);
-No order number identification code;
-Made unauthorized or having exceeded the required time.
